As a self-taught photographer, Marc uses his craft to promote the diversity and richness of African cultures, believing that valuing African heritage is at the heart of belonging to the continent. His work is deeply personal, reflecting his connection to his identity and heritage.

Throughout his career, Marc has worked with fashion brands and public figures, while also collaborating with the AFIKARIS Gallery, which represents some of his artistic works in France. As an artist, he loves the freedom to create, guided by his mind and inspirations, allowing his vision to take shape naturally.

In 2024, Marc was selected to participate in the DUVANGU artistic residency, in Libreville, Gabon, where he explored the concept of "movement" through the traditional women’s dance, Ivanga, practised by the Mpongwè community. This transformative experience sparked his interest in documentary photography, allowing him to capture cultural expressions through dance and rituals. During this residency, Marc also created artistic installations, expanding his creative practice beyond photography. His work not only celebrates the beauty and diversity of African cultures and peoples but also serves as a visual witness to their rich cultural heritage.
